Focused Time for Big Shifts
Sometimes healing needs more time and space than weekly therapy allows.
In therapy intensives, we set aside an extended length of focused time (ranging from 2 hours to multi-day) for the deepest Brainspotting work.
Intensives allow you to stay with complex emotional processes without the usual start-stop of weekly 50-minute sessions, helping you reach—and heal—layers that are harder to access
Available to ongoing clients and new clients if clinically appropriate.

Specialized therapy for mixed-neurotype and complex couples who want to reconnect—with clarity, trust, and increased emotional safety.
Together, we work on the deeper patterns underneath conflict—and we also build understanding of each partner’s unique brain style, so you can adapt to each other with more compassion and skill.
Leading with neurodivergent-affirming lens, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Brainspotting to help you build connection that feels sustainable and real.
