Here’s who you’ll be working with—
and who keeps things running behind the scenes.

Meet Erin

I’m a trauma therapist, Brainspotting consultant, couples therapist, and neurodivergent person.

I work with people who feel like therapy almost worked—but not all the way.
The ones who carry a lot. Who think deeply. Who feel more than they’re “supposed to.”

My work focuses on the places that feel too much, too weird, or too layered to explain.
The stuff that lives in your body.
The patterns that show up in your relationships.
The version of you shaped by surviving—that’s ready for something else.

I bring presence, clarity, and just enough structure to help you go where you couldn’t before.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me reading, baking, singing, and having deep conversations with people I trust. I share my home with two very loved dogs, two equally beloved cats, and a deeply supportive spouse who keeps me grounded in the middle of it all.

I work in a dark aqua-painted office filled with books, light, and quiet corners for deep thought.

I cuss sometimes (and I’m totally fine if you do, too).

  • I’m a licensed psychologist in the state of California (PSY27364).

My clinical work is grounded in neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-responsive care—infused with both depth and flexibility. I specialize in Brainspotting and Emotionally Focused Therapy, with a focus on developmental trauma, neurodivergence, and relational complexity.

    • Trainer-in-Training with Digging Roots: Developmental Model of Brainspotting

    • Approved Specialty Workshop Presenter for Neurodiversity-Affirmative Brainspotting

    • Approved Brainspotting Consultant

    • Certified Brainspotting Therapist

I’m also trained through the Advanced level in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) (including Core Skills) and am pursuing certification.

    My degrees include:

    • PsyD and MA in Clinical Psychology, American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University

    • MM and BM in Vocal Performance, Southern Methodist University and University of the Pacific

Meet Melissa

Hi, I’m Melissa—Erin’s admin assistant and the person you’ll probably hear from first if you reach out through the website or email.

I’ve worked in the mental health world for nearly two decades. I started my career as a psychiatric technician after graduating from Cuesta College, and have worked in a wide range of care settings—from direct client support to behind-the-scenes systems.

Now, I run my own business supporting mental health professionals like Erin. I love helping things run smoothly so clients and clinicians can stay focused on the work that matters.

I live in Reno, NV with my husband and two kids, and we spend as much time as we can camping, exploring the outdoors, and sharing experiences that make us laugh too hard.
